Prime Time - Service during dinner.
Complete break down at end of event.
Option 3:
Limited - Service during dinner.
General clean up after dinner - limited hours.
Recommendations:
Buffet Dinner - 1 server per 20 - 25 guests
Served Dinner - 1 server per 10 guests
Bartender - 1 server per 60 guests
Rate: $25.00 per hour per server
$30.00 per hour per bartender
